As our Event & HR Coordinator, you will have a chance to plan and execute unforgettable team events, learn about our supreme relocation support, take an active part in it as well as work with other HR-related areas.

About us
Our consultant team consists of 70 experts in C++ game development, Big data, Mobile, and Full-stack web development. We plan to expand our brilliant developers’ team even further. To help us achieve that, we would also like to expand our HR team.
Joining as Event and HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR experts team, supporting our software development consultancy.
0+X is investing a lot in a learning culture where we support each other to grow with different workshops, meetups, and other learning practices. Position description
0+X provides a unique full-service relocation process, handling everything from work permit administration to finding apartments and beyond as we bring individuals and whole families from across the world as a part of the life-changing experience. We make a real impact on people's lives, which is one of the many things we love about what we do!
As an Event and HR Coordinator, you will acquire many valuable skills in Event planning and organization. At 0+X, we love organizing many kinds of gatherings, anything from cozy yoga classes for 10 yogis to large-scale international travels for 80+ people.
You will also have the opportunity to learn the whole relocation process as well as take responsibilities within other HR areas (housing, administration, supporting our consultants).
As you grow professionally, you will be developing your own approach for every stage of the process and start handling the process more independently.
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have great organizational skills and pay attention to details in your work.
Have experience in organizing events.
Have strong social skills and be communicative.
Enjoy solving challenges on the go, and be creative with solutions for all the different situations that can come up during the process.
Qualifications
Excellent oral and written fluency in Swedish and English.
BSc degree or equivalent, or a finishing year HR student.
A personality that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
