Job Description

To sustain our growth plans, we are looking for someone to strengthen our Marketing Communication team. The role sits in our Brand & Marketing Organization. As an Event & Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the overall global event strategy which includes initiating, leading and producing projects to drive brand awareness, traffic and engagement.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for planning, executing and following up on physical and digital activities in accordance with global and local needs.
Responsible for building, growing and maintaining relationships with relevant external partners and talents to grow the Monki network.
Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, production agencies as well as our local organizations to coordinate and execute global and local activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders at head office like creatives, PR, social media, but also area retail teams and store teams.
Develop a digital and IRL activation toolbox for retail, including but not limited to store openings and store events.
Set goals, follow-up on and share key information and project analysis with all relevant stakeholders.
Set, manage and follow-up on budget related to assigned projects.

Have extended experience from working within Event and/or Project management.
Have proven track record of building, growing and maintaining relationships with organizations, partners and collaborators.
Have strong communication skills, you set and drive towards clear goals and you have a business mindset.
Have a passion for fashion and a good consumer knowledge.
Are up to date with global trends immerging across fashion, lifestyle and music, and you like to challenge yourself to find new ways of interacting with the young Monki community.
Know how to build a hype and how to host events that brings Monki, partners, collaborators, influencers, talents and consumers together – both IRL and in the digital space.
