Your role

As an EW Instructor at SAAB Surface Sensor Solutions in Järfälla, you will play a key role in our dynamic Training Team, dedicated to developing and delivering training courses for both internal and external audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional and personal growth through:

* Your main tasks will be conducting training sessions and courses both in Sweden and internationally.
* You will to some extent also be called upon in helping designing and developing customized training programs.
* Throughout your time with us you will be given ample opportunity to deepen your expertise in our advanced software and hardware systems.
* You will also be called upon to support our Technical Publications team in creating user manuals and technical documentation.

This role involves international travel, amounting to approximately 40-80 days per year, providing opportunities to meet new people and take your professional development to the next level.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a solution-oriented mindset who thrives in a flexible and supportive work environment. You have a positive attitude, seeing opportunities rather than obstacles-a particularly vital quality when representing SAAB in customer training sessions and demonstrations. You are comfortable speaking to both national and international audiences, with an ability to engage and inspire others.

We are looking for candidates who have:

* Strong technical expertise in both hardware and software.
* Experience in training and education.
* A military background is preferred.
* Experience in Electronic Warfare is particularly advantageous.
* Experience in planning and leading training and educational activities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
