Excellence Manager

As Excellence Manager you will be a leadership role model across site and are responsible for leading and supporting the E2E Carlsberg Excellence Implementation for Falkenberg brewery, Ramlösa and customer supply chain operations. You will train, coach and assess the managers and employees of the full Carlsberg Excellence Journey including foundations and has one direct report. As Excellence Manager you will also take the lead of coordinating and driving the work within the lean/continuous improvement function in Carlsberg Sweden. The role includes active coordination in Compelling Business Needs (CBN)/3 Year Plan and yearly Policy Deployment of the brewery and customer supply chain and drive necessary actions to deliver short term targets. You will lead the continuous improvement journey based on Lean TPM methodology with clear identification of priorities, full eradication of losses and setting standards to prevent recurrence. The position is a permanent full-time employment with location Falkenberg. You will be reporting to the Production Director and be part of the Supply Chain management team.
Other important responsibly areas:
People Management. Responsible for development of direct report and ensure competencies and skills are aligned with business and company needs.
Builds people capability throughout the organization fully utilizing the community to gather momentum and grow individuals.
Ensure the delivery of integrated tactical implementation plans with specific focus on Carlsberg Excellence Fundamentals and Pillars
Directs TPM pillars implementation and objective setting by reviewing against strategy, master plan and targets, ensuring production efficiency is developing on systematical way and driving overall cost efficiency agenda
Responsible for ensuring sites (Falkenberg and Ramlösa) and country level Performance Management System (PMS) structure, standard meetings, reporting systems and processes are effective and follow group standards
Embeds sustainable best practice & continuous improvement through promoting/leading Gemba Walks/process confirmation and Gemba Kaizen
Responsible for actively contributing to the development of site strategy as part of the site senior management team
Ensures sufficient resource is allocated to key initiatives (internal or external)
Ensure Carlsberg Excellence KPI/KAI are implicitly understood and managed efficiently

What do we wish from you?
You have university degree in Engineering or technical equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience within production environment with 3 years at management level. You have proven experience in developing people and plant, managing budgets, and delivering performance improvements through Lean TPM methodology. If you are the right person for this position you are fluent (both written and spoken) in English and Swedish.
As a person you are a team player with great cross-team interacting and communication skills. We think that you have a big business acumen and a result-oriented way of working. You are a great leader with passion for developing and empowering people as well as driving and managing change.
