Now we have the opportunity to welcome a new Site Manager to manage and develop our four sites in Stockholm, Kista
Worktasks
• Manage the Site team of Datacenter engineers
• Manage the day to day work in all our 4 data centers in Kista, including 200 current clients.
• Be responsible for us meeting the service level agreement set up with our clients
• Deliver all aspects of our product and offers
• Have audits, create reports and support finance with invoicing.
• Create the best site appearance in our data centers
• Handle the security service at the sites via our security suppliers
• Support customers on a day2day basis, including H&E support.
• Local first line support to customers
• Responsible for European support center contact.
• Deal with all our current clients on both Swedish and English and practice best service
• Be a part of client meetings and presenting reports
• Support existing customers with site tours.
• Secure quality of service for our certifications
• Responsible for CRM with customers

When it comes to the hard facts and your experience we see that you have a substantial technical background – either through a higher education or many years of work experience. Where you’ve gotten your skills from comes secondary – what is important is that you have good knowledge from the IT industry and data centers.
In order to manage this position, you also have leadership experience and your style of leadership is at its’ best in an always changing organization. You have a high stress level. Our managers are our culture ambassadors and you will take on that role with excellence if you get your motivation and energy from working with people. We are international and you need to be fluent in both English and Swedish.
