Exchange Technician - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Exchange Technician who is experienced in technical support and have at least 5+ years of working experience.

What you'll do:
● Troubleshooting company's mail environment (Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online) and Software troubleshooting (O365, Azure, internal applications, Outlook etc).
● Dissemination of knowledge within the teams and ensure that Knowledge articles are relevant and up to date.
● Provide technical support to internal staff and be responsible for adds, changes, and deletes of IP services.
● Generate recommendations for system configuration standards and additional equipment procurements.
● Running routine tests on systems to ensure that all components are functioning at optimal levels.
Who you are:
● Have a proven experience in technical support and O365 och Azure AD (t ex Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access).
● Good knowledge of Skype for Business, Skype for Business Online and Microsoft Teams.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● 5+ years of experience working as a Exchange Technician or in a similar role.
● Strong character with leadership ability and a creative mindset that can be leveraged for creative problem solving.
