Exciting Opportunities for SW Safety Engineers - Vehicle Motion Control

We look for strong SW engineers to hightly exciting work in automotive industry.
Tasks:
- Specify Technical Safety Requirements related to Vehicle Motion Control towards HW and SW components within ECUs.
- Justify breakdown of requirements with deductive/inductive analysis (such as FTA and FMEA)
- Support SW development teams with defining SW architecture from a holistic perspective but with extra focus on functional safety compliance.
- Support SW development teams with setting up their SW development process to be compliant with ISO26262 (for a certain ASIL).


Required Qualifications:
- Experience in safety-critical development of embedded systems and embedded SW
- Experience in working with compliance of SW development processes to [NA1] to ISO26262
- Experience in specifying requirements at ECU and SW level[NA2]
- Good understanding of automotive electrical architecture as well as SW architecture in accordance with AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive)
- Good understanding of SW safety mechanisms (such as memory protection, E2E protection, partitioning, software monitoring patterns)
- Good understanding of embedded systems (clocks, CPU cores, memory types, communication protocols, operating systems, watchdogs, transceivers)
- Good understanding of key concepts in ISO26262 Part 4 and 6[NA3] [DM4]
Meritorious Qualifications:
- Experience in developing vehicle motion controllers in compliance with ISO26262
- Good understanding of one or more of the following automotive domains: vehicle dynamics, path following for AD/ADAS, brake systems, steering systems.
