Executive Assistant


You'll serve a critical role in our business by assisting a key company executive with scheduling, organization and administrative tasks.

You will be based in our HQ in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Correspondence, communication and calendar management (schedules, appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements, visa applications, organizational charts, etc.)
- Organizing meetings, being responsible for occurring action lists and following up on these actions
- Support on presentations (PowerPoint), excel, and any other Office applications
- Participation in business-related projects
- Conducting research and collecting data for reports and documents


What you should have

- Relevant administrative support experience

- Ability to use MS Office tools (word, PowerPoint, excel, outlook...) and interest in developing into advanced level
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities


To be able to successfully navigate the role you need to have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills, as well as professional level communications skills.
