INTRODUCTION
We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President Product Management at Volvo Trucks. The mission of Volvo Trucks Product Management is to define and promote the total wanted offering, prioritize product-offering demands into engineering (GTT) and manage product line profitability. To secure “The right truck, at the right time, in the right place” and support our sales force to sell our total offer at the right price
Volvo Trucks product management drives the sustainability agenda for Volvo Trucks. Working with the strategy and following the execution. Sustainability at Volvo Trucks means working with reducing our CO2 footprint, being careful with resources, continuously working with our culture and safety focus

The role:
As Executive Assistant for Product Management, you will belong to a team of passionated, dedicated people who together take active part in shaping the future we want to live in. This position is included in the management team of Volvo Trucks Product Management and you will report to the SVP Product Management.

Main priorities:
Coordinate and manage SVP:s schedule, emails, meetings, travel arrangements and provide confidential administrative support.
Administration support to management team members.
Be a partner, drive and develop administrative effectiveness to support the management team members to optimize information work flow and contribute to a good teamwork within the organization
Plan, coordinate and assist to deliver virtual/live meetings and events.
Qualifications/Experience likely required to be successful
Developed interpersonal skills & networking ability
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experienced assistant, working closely with senior leadership teams.
Highly competent and interested in Digital & IT tools, including Office 365, EBD, SAP
Service-minded, ability to manage stakeholders with a proactive approach.
A network within Volvo Group is considered a merit.
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
