Job Description
Are you looking for a role where you will be a key person supporting a member of the H&M management team? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to our Head of Sales, leading a large global function focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience, growth and development of all H&M sales channels, such as physical and digital stores.
As an Executive Assistant at H&M you play a critical key role in the success of our executives, our teams and the business. The role will be in the center of the fast-paced fashion industry and gives a unique opportunity to make a difference in a complex and rapidly changing organisation.
You will be responsible for anticipating the manager´s and the organizations needs and with a high level of integrity and professionalism build strong relations. By being up to date on business priorities you make things run smoothly and bring organization and structure into an ever-changing environment. With an excellent attention to details and passion for both people and fashion you will play an important role on our journey to liberate fashion for the many.
Main responsibilities:
Advanced calendar management, independently prioritize the manager´s time
Responsible for organizing and preparing meetings, and support with materials and presentations
Be the point of contact towards internal and external stakeholders
Proactively create monthly and yearly planning
Drive own initiatives and delegated tasks/projects independently and collaboratively.
Manage travel arrangements, travel reports, expense reports, time reports, and other administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications
We believe you have:
A minimum of 3-5 years of high-level EA experience, preferably from a fast-paced company.
Strong administration and organizational skills
Experience from stakeholder management and leadership support where communication and interaction with teams have been a big part
Demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks, often under pressure and with tight deadlines.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
Strong Office365 skills (particularly PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint)
