We are looking for an executive assistant with experience, either someone who has finished their degree recently and have already had your first job as an EA or and experienced EA with several years of experience

West Atlantic is looking for an executive assistant with initiative, energy, a sense for detail as well as good communicative skills. You will work side by side with the CEO and take on big and small projects - as well as having administrative responsibilities for the daily running of the office.
The job:
As executive assistant you will first and foremost assist the CEO as well as part of the leadership team. The job includes standard tasks, such as handling of mail and calendar, booking of travel, conferences and meetings, putting together board material before meetings as well as making minutes of the meetings. In this roll you are always one step ahead and understand what must be done. It is a service role where organise for the CEO.
Main responsibilities:
• Prioritise, plan and coordinate the CEO’s various tasks, book meetings and travel as well as taking on his ongoing administrative work.
• Handle internal and external CEO- communication.
• Be responsible for meeting invitations, agendas, paperwork, protocol as well coordination of paperwork for management team and board.
• Drive big and small projects in cooperation with CEO.
• Work with office suppliers and craftsmen to ensure the offices are maintained.
• Develop and maintain profile templates for the company to ensure a uniform presentation of the company
Qualifications:
• You have previous experience from the service business or Executive Assistant role.
• You are stress resilient, flexible and ambitious.
• You are used to work in a structured manner, prioritising and getting things done- without losing accuracy in your delivery.
• You are attracted to a job, where a big part of the work is about accuracy, keeping timelines and handling ongoing tasks, even when unexpected extra tasks with short deadlines interfere with the plan and where you are given the opportunity to work with your own projects
• You must speak and write fluently in Swedish and English and it is considered an advantage if you speak some Spanish
• you have a driving license, and you have expert skills in Microsoft Office.
