In the role you will support three senior managers among others the Head of R&D Bioprocess.
What you’ll do
Manage calendars and schedule meetings with executive leaders and third parties in a time constraint environment
Manage travel schedules incl. meeting arrangements, etc. and expense reporting
Manage communication within and across global organisations incl. virtual townhalls; this includes preparation and distribution of announcements and newsletter
Manage purchase orders and support budget monitoring
Manage compilation of critical information and presentation materials
Who you are
Prior experience from executive assistant role or similar
Proficient with all modern office communication and business administration tools, e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Office, MS Teams, Slido, Box, etc.
Experienced with communication incl. virtual tools to manage broadcasts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Flexible, with ability to address urgent requests even beyond normal office hours
Highly proactive, outward going, organised, service minded and result oriented
