For a global company within retail we are looking for an Executive Assistant


Short description of the product area and team

Work tasks
As an Executive Assistant you will:
Organize, plan and prepare team meetings including presentation decks, agendas, logistics, and minutes
Participate in the organization and operational management of internal team projects (e.g., facilities sessions on where our teams will sit)
Proofreading of documents and other related tasks
Administration such as expense reporting, calendar management, and booking travel
Managing and organising in-boxes, communication lists, and files as needed
Accompany on some travels where extra coordination is needed
You will work out of their beautiful office in Stockholm, Sweden


Who you are
2+ years of experience in a team coordinator, assistant, or similar role
Experienced in working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
Impeccable written and spoken English language skills
Expert in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Highly proactive, initiating and not hesitant to challenge in a constructive way
Skilled in relationship building with a high sense of integrity
A good empathic, social, proactive team player who does not hesitate to help out wherever needed


Technical Competences
Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:
Microsoft Office Tools Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint


Personal Competences
The client has an Agile WoW and organisation is new, so a flexible mindset is important. They are on a journey and all questions cannot be answered about wow etc.
Honest and transparent communication when in agreement and not in agreement
Enjoy being a part of a team
Enjoying working outside of your base competence to support the mission of the team
Open minded
Problem oriented


Language skills
Fluent in Swedish and English written and oral
