About the job
The main purpose of this position is to provide high level administrative support for the Marine Separation & Heat transfer equipment management team, which require discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary. It also requires a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and people.
The activities may include preparing documents and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls, drafting letters and official information releases, arranging and attending meetings as well as taking and distributing minutes.
What you know
In order to succeed in this position, you have:
* +5 years of experience in an assisting role to the executive level in an international environment
* Experience in managing projects as well as in preparing data and presentations
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Well versed in applying relevant digital tools in the daily work
* Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
