The Role
The position involves a high level of responsibility and requires commitment, high level of integrity, loyalty and a positive mindset. You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders and you will play an important role in making our function work efficiently.
This role can be combined with internal communication tasks also and therefore we welcome applications with experience and interest in both fields.
The position is based in Göteborg, Sweden and reports to the SVP Region Europe North & Central.
Your Responsibilities…
As executive assistant to the SVP of VFS Region Europe North & Central the most important skills are high level of personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proactively plan ahead and support our SVP
Act as an expert in administrative tasks like calendar handling, travel arrangements as well orders and invoices in line with authorization policies and routines
Participate in and support Leadership Team meetings
Plan and organize internal and external events like meetings and workshops
Network and communicate with other assistants within and outside the organization
Your qualifications…
You are comfortable in working independently and working in a high pace in an international environment
You are structured, very well organized, have excellent communication-, interpersonal- and networking skills
You are service-minded and a pro-active mindset
You have good decision-making skills and attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Swedish and English
Strong coordination and organization skills
We’re Looking for the Following Education and Experience…
A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role or the administrative field.
Organizational ability and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of the IT systems like Office 365. Knowledge of Volvo systems like SAP, EBD is an advantage
