The platform offers composable infrastructure to financial institutions and supports the digitalization of processes within those organizations to enable a seamless end user experience. About the role
Why this role is important to us:
Our organization is growing fast and we need someone that can help with corporate administration, help executives to keep track and plan day to day activities, manage agreements and take minutes of meetings.
We are also expanding into several offices around the globe so we need help with managing travels and our offices.
Keeping everything in order while scaling up our business is extremely important to us and one of the recipes to our future success!
Mission:
The core mission of the Executive assistant / Corporate secretary is to create a frictionless and creative environment for all our employees and stakeholders. Our main office is in Skövde, Sweden but we will need your presence from time to time in London and other areas where we set up operations.
The Executive assistant / Corporate secretary is expected to:
- Assist executives with HR activities and recruitment.
- Help managing incoming and outgoing communications.
- Scheduling of meetings and travels.
- Organize and document board meetings and general meetings.
- Organize offices.
- Plan and manage events for staff, customers and partners.
Key Competencies:
- You should have a keen sense for structure and organization.
- You should be passionate about joining a dynamic scale-up journey and a great relationship builder.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English; other languages are beneficial.
- Experience from working with planning, scheduling and keeping minutes of meetings.
