Would you like to be part of a team devoted to managing internal and external communication for the Sandvik Group? Group Communication is responsible for media contacts and PR, internal communication, intranet and the web, issue management and corporate identity matters for Sandvik AB.
This position is based in Stockholm, with occasional travelling to Sandviken.
Key performance areas
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendar, bookings and e-mail
- Planning and preparation of meetings including agendas and presentations, as well as handling documentation and minutes
- Directing communications and processing internal documents and reports
- Travel reservations and coordination of travel schedule
- Administration of expenses, invoices, databases, time and attendance approvals
- Researching, creating and updating presentations in PowerPoint
- Word processing, filing and archiving
Flexible working hours are necessary periodically and some travelling will be required. You will have the opportunity to take on certain projects of your own or support and contribute to specific communication projects.
Your profile
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have several years? experience from working as an executive assistant in a global company. We are looking for someone with a positive "can do" attitude who can prioritize to ensure that you manage time and resources efficiently. Previous work in a communication organization or function is advantageous. Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal, are a requirement, as is proficiency in the MS Office suite.
You are result oriented, proactive, highly motivated and driven. You have an eye for details and have proven multi-tasking abilities. It is important that you are confident, with integrity and accountability, and used to working with deadlines, as well as being an experienced team player who can also work independently.
