Problem solve and think creatively
You will work closely with at least one partner and proactively organize and maintain calendar and travel arrangements, provide broad administrative support, manage incoming communications, and prioritize email in order to help organize and leverage time effectively. You will be in daily contact with national and international colleagues and clients. Moreover, you will assist in preparing presentations and materials, ensuring that the material is complete and accurate.

An ideal candidate has:
§ 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant role (or similar)
§ a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), however your educational background may be varied
§ fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
§ excellent communication skills
§ excellent time management abilities and strong organizational skills as well
§ strong interpersonal skills

This is a full-time temporary position for one year, from December 2020 until December 2021. Your working hours will be 9:00-17:00 Monday through Friday at our office on Klarabergsviadukten 70 in Stockholm.
