Problem solve and think creatively
You will work closely with two partners and proactively organize and maintain calendars and travel arrangements, provide broad administrative support, manage incoming communications, and prioritize email to help organize and leverage time effectively. You will be in daily contact with national and international colleagues and clients. Moreover, you will assist in preparing presentations and materials, ensuring that the material is complete and accurate. You will at times also play a key part in organizing both external and internal events.

You will be part of a team of 13 professional and energetic Executive Assistants in our Sweden offices (Stockholm, Bromma, and Gothenburg) who support and act as back-up for each other.

You remain service-minded in your approach, exhibit professionalism and exercise discretion. You are able to make decisions and judgement calls with confidence and take ownership with pride.
An ideal candidate has
§ 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
§ a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), however your educational background may be varied
§ fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
§ excellent communication and social skills
§ excellent time management abilities, strong organizational and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time position. Your working hours will primarily be 9:00-17:00 Monday through Friday but sometimes you need to be able to be flexible.
