Executive Assistant - Sudio

WHO ARE WE?
Orange Sky AB is a Stockholm based e-commerce company founded in 2012. The company currently consists of 4 fast growing brands - Sudio, Gaston Luga, Marc Mirren and Mighty Solo - and has a track record for fast scaling of new brands internationally. Today the group of brands has 60 co-workers in Stockholm Sweden (headquarters) and Zhongshan China. 
Sudio, develops, manufacture and market headphones and speakers. Sudio stands for Swedish Audio and it’s our mission to combine the beauty of Scandinavian design with the best technology to create the ideal companion for any occasion. Sudio has grown over 100% year on year since we launched in 2015. We are a fast -growing with our products selling in +40 markets. We are currently 32 employees in the Stockholm office. In 2019 we have opened over 3000 retailers in Europe alone and are currently on an all time high turnover.

This role would suit an organized, flexible individual who enjoys working with multiple of tasks and communicating with employees at all levels of the business. Service minded, approachable, can handle confidentiality, integrity and of course high quality in all you do.
This is a new role where you will be assisting our CEO with administrative and day-to-day tasks to enable him to focus on the big picture. We are looking for an enthusiastic doer who is comfortable with a self-going role.

Find and compile information for different projects
