We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CDO of an international company in Gothenburg, start ASAP!

It’s a role with global reach, where the company HQ is in Gothenburg Sweden, and business units across EMEA, APAC and NA. The Executive Assistant is a key function enhancing the Digital Management effectiveness by providing business coordination, administrative support and management support, thorough business analysis. What You’ll Do
• Support the CDO and Deputy CDO with administration, planning and coordination.
• Enable the CDO and Deputy CDO to take efficient and accurate business decisions.
• Helping the CDO and Deputy CDO with analysis and investigations.
• Maintain agendas, structure meetings and coordinate town hall meetings, prepare content and presentation material, prepare technical meetings, take meeting notes, maintain action lists for CDO and Deputy CDO.
• Manage, prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of the CDO by managing their inbox.
• Lead, organize and facilitate internal conferences, team offsites, and other events.
• Make all necessary travel arrangements for CDO and Deputy, including visa requirements, risk assessments and full travel logistics.
• Undertake specific project work and any other duties appropriate to the grade and as required by the CDO and Deputy.
• Ignite internal communication to the whole Digital organization and engage in the organizations journey.
Who You Are
• You have an MBA degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years relevant experience, preferably from the automotive or technology industry.
• Great skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Great at putting together presentation material that follow a clear storyline.
• Great technical, strategic and financial understanding.
• Great planning and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English and Swedish, in formal documents, briefs, letters, emails and other communications.
• Self-starting ability with a pioneering spirit and resourcefulness.
• Go get attitude and a proactive approach.
In this role you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication.
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Gothenburg, starting date is ASAP.
