About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Essity.

Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role as Executive Assistant you will work with your two assigned managers to organize and leverage their time effectively, manage their complex schedules and coordinate their travel logistics. You are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing major projects (e.g. calls and meetings entailing coordination of schedules of participants) – inc. meeting notes. You are also responsible for budget management, sourcing and order management in the defined platform, you will also prepare appealing communication in all touchpoints (i.e. presentation, articles, share points, teams, etc.). Furthermore, you will act as liaison for assigned individuals to ensure that various departments provide requested support in an efficient, timely manner. You will be collaborating with internal and external people in creating smooth workflow including soliciting assistance from others as needed and helping others, as appropriate and maintaining follow-through. You will have flexibility to ensure appropriate, timely actions and that deadlines are met.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• 5 years of experience in an international large company with executive assistant role or relevant administrative/organizational support experience
• Very good MS Office skills and strong email and calendaring skills (Outlook proficiency preferred)
• Unhindered English in speech and writing, meritorious with good knowledge in Swedish

You are a proactive problem-solver, you have a can-do attitude and are used to taking ownership.
