In Vattenfall the Business Division Distribution & Sales (D&S) manages the downstream businesses for profitability. The division covers all customer close operations i.e. Customer service, Heat, Distribution, Consumer Sales, Business Sales, Energy Related Services and Market Strategy & Business Development (MS&BD). MS&BD is responsible for defining the market strategy for the Distribution and Sales division and for developing winning propositions and profitable solutions with clear customer value in the changing energy market. This includes identifying opportunities for profitable growth and to drive strategy and business development in the market categories Energy management and optimization, Decentralized Generation, Electric mobility as well as within City Partnership.
Our executive assistant will very soon move on to other tasks within the organisation and we are therefore in urgent need of a skilled and experienced:

Main tasks and responsibilities
We offer an interesting and challenging position in a fun and fast moving environment. The right person will mainly support the Head of MSBD but also the management team. You will support the Head of MSBD with day-to-day administration and make sure it runs smooth and effective, including handling calendar and e-mails, invoices, travel bookings, expenditure bills etc. You are also responsible for coordinating the management team's meeting schedule and for preparing agendas and material for these meetings. You will furthermore help in putting together and creating PowerPoint presentations and be responsible for coordinating workshops and conferences within the unit. You will work in an international team on a daily basis and act as a team leader for MSBD Management assistants in our key markets Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands.
Qualification
You have relevant education for the position and at least five years experience gained from qualified assistant work for executive management. A very good command of English and Swedish will be needed in this position. The ability to speak German and/or Dutch is considered as a great advantage. You have very good skills in using MS-office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint. Skills in SAP and Livelink are considered meritorious.
Personal Requirements
We are looking for an assistant with a natural authority combined with a true service mind. You have a proactive approach and a high level of interpersonal competence. Your working style should be characterized by pro-activity, structure, prioritisation skills and flexibility. Since the role includes a lot of responsibility you need to use sound judgment in all professional situations. You are furthermore an excellent communicator and like to work independently in an environment with high speed.
