We are looking for an Executive assistant to Klarna's Nordic Commercial Department. You will work as a support function for the Nordic leadership team and our Head of Commercial Nordics, with the purpose of increasing the efficiency in the department and making sure that different projects within Klarna's business plan are followed up on and are completed in due time. Your tasks will include commercial administration, administrative support to our Head of Commercial Nordic and occasional project management, when you make sure that the initiatives that the teams decide upon are rolled out.

The assignment will start in august/September, initially runs for 6 months, after which there is a great chance to be directly employed by Klarna if you are the right person.

Here are some examples on what the tasks can include:

* Preparations of the Nordic leadership team meetings, all hands Commercial Nordic meetings and client events, which includes agenda preparation, guests invitations, calendar bookings, solving venue issues and meeting minutes.
* Follow up on the initiatives that arise during the meetings and making sure no details are lost
* Office coordination task for the Nordic Commercial team where you work closely with Klarna's Office Managers
* Project management of internal improvement and efficiency initiatives in the Nordic Commercial team

* A socially skilled relationship builder who can provide excellent service.
* Having a holistic and analytical view and being structured in your way of working
* Having experience of driving internal projects and an ability to get things done
* Being good at MS Office, Google Drive and other applications
