We are looking for executive assistant for our client. This assignment will start with 6 months contract as of now.
About Client:
Our client is a Swedish multinational clothing company headquartered in Stockholm. They operate in 74 countries with over 5,000 stores under the various company brands, with 126,000 full-time equivalent positions. It is the second-largest global clothing retailer. The company makes its online shopping available in 33 countries.
Tasks:
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive´s behalf
• Write presentations in Power Point
• Performing minor accounting duties (invoices etc)
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Managing the executive´s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High integrity and used to handling sensitive information
• Structured and organised
• Time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Great stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask and always ready to act on ad hoc matters and change focus
• Great skills in MS Office and especially Power point
• Very social and good interpersonal skills
