We are now looking for a service oriented person that will support the management team within our People & Communications department. As Executive Assistant your main focus is to act as a support function in all day-to-day matters to enable the organisation to run smoothly and effectively. You will support the regions, that manage the local HR operation, and make sure that they have the information and support they need in creating the best employee experience.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Support the People & Communication department in all-day-to-day matters
- Liaising with other members of the management team to deliver weekly reporting
- Support the L&D function in admin related to leadership programs
- Organizing and scheduling meetings
- Preparing meeting agendas, perform research and bookings for meetings and take minutes during meetings
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including IT, Finance and our business regions
- Secure and safeguard that recruitment request is being approved and the process is being followed
- Travel planner for the CPCO
- Governance of the structure on our People Teams sites
- Responsible for internal communications and common HR mailbox
- Editor and internal governance for the Employee- and Manager Guide on our intranet
- Contribute with and publish information to the Manager Guide
- Communication to our people as well as managing the admin part in leadership training initiatives

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, discretion and loyalty
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize your own workload whilst maintain deadlines and deliveries
- Previous experience from the service/hospitality industry
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
