Executive Assistant/KAM APAC

Crowberry Group is a holding company focused is on investments and operations in the creative industries, including full ownership of the communication agency Frank Valiant, music production and studio services, publishing, and an art gallery and artist representation.
We are looking for our first employee to support the founders and CEO as Executive Assistant and Key Account Manager for the APAC region, where you will be instrumental in pursuing an exciting new opportunity.
We think you are a highly motivated individual, a self-starter who will take initiatives in pursuing potential leads and speaking to partners and clients, specifically in Singapore and the Philippines where we have established some first contacts. You will be expected to build up and sustain relationships with local and international stakeholders with the aim of establishing Crowberry Group in the region.
You are an organized individual who thrives on keeping things in order and developing processes and systems that facilitate operational activities. You will be will working closely with the CEO on a daily basis. This may include both administrative tasks, as well as translational support. You will represent the founders and liase with stakeholders in the Crowberry Group companies on their behalf. You will be trusted with highly confidential information so it is imperative that you have high integrity and can display a high level of professionalism.
For this position, we are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Tagalog in order to speak to local stakeholders and authorities.
We believe you have all basic qualifications as well as higher level training, preferably within a technical and/or service industry. You have demonstrated skills of communication and customer focus. And most importantly, we are looking for a personal connection with someone we can trust and grow with.
