Executive Assistant/Management Support – GTO/Powertrain/Logistics

We are looking for you that wants to support me as Vice President Logistics in Powertrain Production and my management team. You will be based in Gothenburg.
The position contains of a mix of management coordination activities and is a great opportunity for you who wants to grow in a very exciting environment. It’s a position with high level of responsibility and you will act as the heart of the management team.
You have an open and positive attitude. You are flexible and like to work in a high pace environment. You will work proactively and should have the ability to work on own initiative. The job requires a great capability and experience to communicate equally in Swedish and English. As we try to master Office 365 cloud based tools like Teams, OneNote and Sharepoint you either have these skills or you are a fast learner.

One of our talents is moving on to a new challenge and therefore we are now looking for a new Management support, GTO Powertrain Production Logistics (PTP Logistics).
We are an organization of about 45 colleagues worldwide and a management team of 6 leaders. Our accountabilities span across the End-2-End logistics operations of engine and transmission manufacturing within Group Trucks Operations within the Volvo Group.
What challenge do we offer
In our team you will be my important right hand to manage our direction with everything that comes with it. As we are a global team with a big scope, communication, planning, organizing, supporting me and the management team will be your main task.
As our profession is logistics we have a big portfolio of stakeholders which generate delicate needs of coordination, planning and meeting scheduling. We typically try to meet at our main five production plants for our face-2-face meetings which require some travelling. With COVID-19 we of course follow national recommendations.
