Filling the position as Executive Assistant for CEO & Office Manager for Zenterio, Helsingborg involves organizing and assisting the top level of the organization. You will report directly to the company CEO, but as Executive Assistant you are also expected to assist the rest of the organization at a daily basis.

The job as Executive Assistant & Office Manager is very varied and as the CEO is deeply dependent on the Executive Assistant, it is important that he can count on your assistance whenever needed.
You will cooperate with many departments within Zenterio and you can expect tasks within the following fields:
• Assistance to the CEO in many different matters
• Book and organize his business travels
• Make sure that CEO’s calendar and schedule is updated
• Take CEO from A to B in company car
• Book meetings, compile agendas, take notes during meetings and send out follow-up to participants.
• Write and compile presentations
• Coordinate different initiatives and projects
• Reporting and follow-up
• Taking part in developing strategies and KPI’s
• Assisting the Communications Department in developing branding and communication material
• Responsible for the Helsingborg Office and acting contact person regarding e.g. office supplies, safety matters and work environment
• Assistance to the rest of the organization when needed
• You can expect approximately 3 days of travel per week, mainly in Sweden, and two days at the office in Helsingborg.

Din profil
You hold an academic degree – preferably within copywriting/communications, marketing or business strategy. The corporate language is English and you are expected to be fluent in both oral and written English and Swedish. The right candidate has some years of relevant experience and a solid business understanding. As a person you are easy-going, very flexible and loyal. It is also important that you are able to stay calm, focused and professional in stressful situations. We expect you to have the ability to work independently, result-oriented and solve problems along the way. Moreover, you are proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
