We do this by acquiring and developing real estate for corporate housing and leasing it to companies that need housing for their staff. We currently operate in Stockholm, Uppsala, Linköping and Gothenburg.
Job description
The Executive assistant has a broad range of responsibilities, all in relation to the executive the position reports to. The purpose of the position is to complement the executive and make his day-to-day work as smooth as possible.
Typical tasks
As an Office Administrator at EasyFlat some of your typical tasks include
· Organize calendars and business meetings
· Prepare and participate in board meetings
· Respond to emails and phone calls
· Organize documents and tasks
· Take notes
· Book flights, hotels and handle travel logistics
· Purchase personal items
· Coordinate with both internal and external parties
