We are looking for an Executive Chef to drive our restaurant to new hights and lead and inspire the team ! 
 
If you are creative Chef with  experience in a leadership role in upscale hotels and restaurants you may be the right person for us. Your main focus will be to drive our restaurant forward together with the team and to lead, inspire and develop the team ! 
 
Main responsibilites: 
-          Liase with all relevant departments in the hotel
-          Develop and implement creative menues that will be competitive in the market
-          Coordinate the purchase of all food supplies, maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.
-          Lead, inspire and develope the kitchen team 
-          Make certain that the kitchen team has a roster which creates a good working environment while also being cost efficient.  
-          Managing food costs 
-          Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and associate satisfaction results
-          Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment 
-          Ensure that Marriott and Sheraton standards and procedures are properly understood and adhered to.

 
Marin Requirements: 
-          Minimum 5 years culinary experience in multi-outlet kitchens with a strong general operational knowledge.
-          Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef . 
-          Detail and service-oriented.
-          Knowledge of the Swedish Cuisine is an advantage
-          Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
-          A true desire to understand guest need and exceed guest expectations 
-          Passion to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy 

-          You need to have permisson to work in EU
