Executive Office Assistant

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are now looking for a new Executive Office Assistant. You will work with preparing and hosting of staff and visitors, Travel Management, assistant work for BU Laundry Systems and Head of factory Ljungby, supporting BU Laundry Systems? Sales Companies etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

?Company visits incl factory- & installation visits
?Sales trainingsinternal- & external conferences
?Customer events
?Launch events
?Team member of Global Corporate Travel Management
?Networking with Electrolux TM in Stockholm and AMEX Business Travel for continuous travel updates and developments
?Heading TM-meetings with internal travel coordinators together with TM in Stockholm
?Follow up of travel policies and cost savings
?Travel arrangements for Management, BU Marketing & Financial dept, Quality and Administration depts. etc.
?Acute problem solving
?Supporting colleagues/guests ad hoc
?Bouncing ideas with colleagues
?Try to find solutions and be creative
?Support in big and small issues

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

?MS Office, Excel
?American Express Business Travel

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

?Experiende of working in an international environment
?Available to travel
