Geely Design Global is a multi-cultural organization with seven well-equipped studios in Shanghai, Gothenburg, Barcelona, Kuala Lumpur, Coventry, Hethel and Los Angeles, with total staff of approximately 900. These design studios, with top class design teams and the latest tools in design development, are responsible for the creation of a unique design language for each of Geely's brands; Geely, Lynk & Co, ZEEKR, Proton, Lotus and London Taxi.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the executive management team for Geely Design Global. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in liaising and building relationships with relevant stakeholders within Geely, providing coordination. You will provide administrative support and assistance to Geely Design Global’s Executive Vice President and the global executive management. No day will be the same as the day before but you will have a part in the following: liaison, design board management, translation and interpretation, executive operations, support and assistance, resource management, communication and event management. As an Executive Office Coordinator this is what you will do most of the time:

- Translation of business, operational and design-related material. Perform simultaneous and consecutive verbal interpreting.

- Business correspondence and calendar management with both internal and external contacts

- Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements, visa applications, organizational charts etc.

- Coordinating executive meetings and events of varying complexity and preparing presentation materials.

- Providing internal information using established communication channels and ensuring prerequisites for good communication and a cooperative environment.

- Conducting research and collecting data for reports and documents.
- Identify synergy and integration opportunities of the Design Studios and facilitate cross-studio integration and synergy implementations.

You must be proficient in English and Mandarin in order to be able to translate and interpret.

You and your skills:

- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in social science, international studies, cultural studies or public administration is required. Additional academic background in Business Administration is highly desirable.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the automotive industry is required; experience in an automotive design organization is desirable.
- Prior experience in working with executive management and coordinating executive meetings is required.
- A minimum of five years of professional consecutive and simultaneous interpreting plus translation experience within a multilingual setting is required.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both oral and written) is required. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
