Executive Producer with a creative flair

Team Brickland wishes to invite an experienced Production Leader or Executive producer to join us full-time. We appreciate it if you have extensive knowledge from industries like ours, perhaps working as a Production Leader or Executive Producer at an agency or design studio familiar with managing clients and creative teams at a high level.
As an Executive Producer, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership to grow existing client partnerships. Seeing what we can accomplish is your driving force, and planning is your tool to get there. You are crucial for Brickland’s long-term development.
You are pragmatic and speak confidently with clients, as well as pitch and production experts. You are bold and courageous and need challenges in order for you to stay sharp. We don’t separate creatives and non-creatives and you are an equally important guest when it comes to defining the creative scope.
You are familiar with putting together teams and get a thrill by casting the right people for the task. For the team, you are the “eye-in-the-storm” who helps them prioritize their tasks and secure the right resources. Help them deliver on time while having fun(!) and remaining true to the task. To the operation manager, you are the traffic light highlighting which state you and the team are experiencing in order to adjust our high-level planning.
As an Executive Producer, you are responsible for keeping track of our deadlines and ensuring that we stick to the budget and deliver what we promise. You are well organized and see the bigger picture without losing sight of the details that are important to us, and our partners.


About us
Brickland is a creative studio operating from Gothenburg. The studio was founded in 2015 and since the start we’ve developed a production unit that delivers high-end visuals for clients around the globe. We operate in the ambiguous territory between design and technology, helping our clients solve tasks of today and missions of tomorrow.
We work with fashion, sports, automotive, tech and interior. This mix is something we appreciate as it allows us to be creative and to take part in different environments almost every day.
We enjoy the process as much as the finish, and we believe that the whole event should be rewarding for everybody involved. In simple terms, we love to create together with our fellow artists.
We have a key role to fill, as we are now on the lookout to find the right candidate. The position is located in our studio in Gothenburg. It is important that you are able to commute to the office or that you can relocate here. We offer a flexible workplace and part-time remote work is up for discussion.


Key roles and responsibilities:
Develop relationships with both existing and new clients with the goal to turn a one-time acquaintance into a long-term client.
Responsibility for keeping track of multiple projects and track their profitability
Manage client relationships, client satisfaction, and deliverables on an operational level.
Responsibility for delivery: timelines, budgets, resourcing, and casting the right people for the task.
Leading client meetings and internal team meetings.



Preferable experience and skills:
Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience at an agency or design studio as a Production Leader or Executive Producer, preferable with client service
Leadership skills with a can-do attitude. Have the ability to adapt quickly and learn a new skill if needed for a project
Speaks fluent Swedish and English (essential)
Have the ability to help guide your colleagues when needed. You speak courageously and communicate constructively
Creative design abilities and presentation skills – professional look & feel
Understanding of project management, workflow, and infrastructure
