Arbetsbeskrivning

Why Nasdaq
When you work at Nasdaq, you’re working for more open and transparent markets so that more people can access opportunities. Connections can be made, jobs can be created, and communities thrive. We want all our employees to have access to opportunities, too. That means planning for career growth, ensuring you have the tools you need, and promoting an inclusive culture where we’re all valued for our unique perspectives.
Here, you will work for a global tech leader committed to breaking down barriers to inclusive prosperity. We see technology as a means to free people up to work together more productively and effectively by centralizing data, analytics, and market intelligence.
Here, we’re committed to building a more diverse and inclusive workforce. It is our responsibility to do better, but we also need representative voices to power the fresh thinking that is vital for our business and our clients.
Who We Are - Exchange Brokers
OMX started in 1985 when our desk was the center of business. Today we’re a team of four people and serve as a crucial hub in the sophisticated Nordic equity derivatives ecosystem. We operate the manual exchange trading system for equity derivatives by sourcing liquidity, facilitating price discovery, and negotiating trades for our members. We also work actively with customers, equity derivatives sales, and projects related to products and marketing.
Role and Responsibilities
The Nordic derivatives sales organization within Global Trading and Market Services is seeking an experienced professional to join the Exchange Brokers team. It’s an outstanding opportunity to conceptualize, develop and sell tailored solutions to our Nordic equity derivatives customers. Working across business units, you will rapidly be growing your expertise within financial markets, marketing and sales.
It will help if you are curious, diligent, and genuinely interested in learning more and expanding your knowledge about capital and derivatives markets. You will be brokering more extensive equity derivatives flows between our members, talking to market makers, and traveling to meet with clients based across Europe.
At the same time, you will be engaged in various projects; the creation and launch of our Nasdaq Derivatives Academy education program, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
The opportunity includes collaborating closely with multiple business units, including account managers and product- and marketing teams, to deepen product adoption, increase trading volume, and further Nasdaq profitability.
