Hays Life Science is pleased to help Pelago Bioscience recruit an Executive Vice President to lead the operations with headquarter in new facilities at Campus Solna.

We deliver in situ target engagement studies to accelerate preclinical drug discovery and development to a world-wide customer base. We have a beautifully designed activity-based office area and a lab floor with a view!

Your new role
You report to the CEO, and acts as Deputy Managing Director of the company.
In the role, you will:

* Develop and refine the strategy for the continued journey of commercialisation for the company
* Create innovation with customer perspective
* Execute through structure and framework
* Influence, lead and coordinate the work within the organisation
* Work closely with the CEO, as a trusted sparring partner
* Translate visionary thinking into tangible tactics and activities, and ensure the execution and follow-up
* Enable structured, efficient, prestigeless and customer-value driven operations

What you'll need to succeed

* A Master of Science degree within Life Science (typically biochemistry, biology, or chemistry), having had practical lab experience
* Leadership experience, being mature and confident in your leadership
* Business savviness

You will benefit from:

* A Ph.D. degree (or extensive industry experience)
* Experience from drug discovery
