The position
We are currently searching for an Executive Vice President for the Business Area Infrastructure & Industry (I&I). The position will be responsible for managing the organization of I&I throughout our global organization. The task for this position is, together with the rest of the team, to further develop and support implementation of our strategy for I&I.

The I&I organization is responsible for the development of the Business Area Strategy and ensuring that the Strategy is communicated and implemented through Sales, Marketing, Products and Operations. We are tasked with providing fact-based strategic foresight for the systematic development of new growth opportunities with a continuous drive to improve profitability and internal competence.

The employment is at the headquarters in Karlskrona and extensive international business travels are included in the role. You will be part of our Management team and report to our CEO.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the vision and strategy for Infrastructure & Industry at Roxtec.
• Analyze the business environment of the segment.
• Decide the strategic portfolio consisting of core products and digital services towards the segment.
• Create a segment marketing plan aligned with the global marketing strategy.
• Lead and influence the I&I organization globally.
• Be a member of the Management team and contribute to the Global strategy of Roxtec.

Qualifications:

• A university degree or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Personal drive and the ability to be a team player in a high performing team
• Organization skills
• Comfortable in an international business environment
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken

As a person, you are self-driven and have a strategic and executive mindset. You have excellent communication skills and ability to coach and influence your environment. It is also important that you are flexible and well organized with an ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. You have a humble attitude and are open-minded. In order to succeed in this role, you need a genuine interest in leadership and possess coaching capabilities.
