Are you passionate about technology and system design? We are currently seeking skilled System Designers with experience in system design and verification to join our customersexpanding consulting team in Gothenburg on behalf of their client. As a System Designer, you will work closely with both in-house teams and on-site at their client’s locations within the automotive industry, contributing to innovative projects that are shaping the future.

About the Team and Role
You will be part of our client’s digital solutions team in Gothenburg, working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining system requirements, conducting system verification, and ensuring compliance with safety standards such as ISO 26262 and FMEA. The company promotes continuous learning through technical workshops and personal development seminars.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop, review, and maintain system requirements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Participate in both in-house and client-based testing to validate system functionality.
Evaluate component designs and testing outcomes for quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals and share knowledge.
Ensure system safety and reliability by applying standards such as ISO 26262 and FMEA.
Plan and manage project activities and timelines to meet set objectives.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented individual who thrives on solving challenges and enjoys working in fast-paced environments. You should be communicative, curious, and eager to engage in hands-on work in system design and testing.
Qualifications
Over 3 years of experience in system design and/or verification within the automotive industry
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
Solid experience in system design, system verification, and safety protocols within the automotive industry.
Familiarity with requirement and version management tools such as SystemWeaver or CarWeaver.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
