Who we are
Over the course of the past five years we have grown to a business of over 1,500 Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing the smoothest shipping experience known to man. We want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it in a sustainable way. It should be easy to shop online and therefore we offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes. We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon.
We're now looking for an Expansion Manager - Instabox Store, within our Network function, and hopefully, that is where you come in!
What you will be doing
As Expansion Manager - Instabox Store, you will be responsible for executing store expansion plans in line with business priorities. Our Instabox Stores come in two different concepts; stand alone and retail. You will coordinate end-to-end processes to ensure smooth and quick expansion to new locations and that includes lease, concept, construction and facility management. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the ambitious growth plan for our business can be rolled out successfully. The work will be carried out hand-in-hand with a coordinator, who reports to you, for all construction projects but you will be very involved in all parts of the process in this role. Your responsibilities will cover all of Nordics and therefore you will need to travel from time to time.
Who you are
We are looking for an operational doer with a good understanding of retail business and all aspects involved in setting up a new store. You have probably worked in the retail/real estate industry for some years with good experience in negotiating. In order to succeed in this role we envision you to be:
