Right now, I´m looking for a Travel & Expense claim Specialist to the Accounting department in Älmhult.

The accounting department at IKEA of Sweden support several Inter IKEA companies both within and outside Sweden with Accounting services. You will be a part of the team that provide support related to the Travel & Expense claim (TEC) process to co-workers and that are responsible to audit claims and make sure that all claims are timely and accurately processed and recorded. 

As Travel & Expense Claim Specialist you work close to the other team members and your main tasks and responsibilities are to give timely and clear support related to the Travel & Expense claim (TEC) process. Process, audit, and archive Travel & Expense claims in an efficient and compliant way and to be responsible for credit card administration and support.

You will actively participate in monthly closings connected to the TEC transactions and create and keep existing user guides/information and internal working routines up to date. Deliver relevant reports to stakeholders connected to the Travel and Expense claims transactions and participate in the daily work and projects to increase the efficiency and quality in the TEC processes.
