Are you an experienced design leader who is passionate about creating experiences our customers love, mentor designers, and grow the design maturity across 100+ colleagues across an entire product area?
Would you like to take part in shaping the future omni shopping experience for customers around the globe and across our multiple brands?
And you interested in leading a digital transformation championing a customer-centric product strategy from exploration and conceptualization to iterative improvement and delivery that will accelerate the growth of H&M Group?
We are looking for several experienced design leaders to take on the role as “Product Area Lead Designer” working as part of the area leadership alongside “Product Area Manager” and “Product Area Lead Engineer” in several customer-facing product areas.

bring inspiration, latest trends and design possibilities to the table.
facilitate creative workshops and collaborative sessions with multi-disciplinary teams.

10+ years of experience with delivering great product design.
