Experience Manager

We are now looking for an Experience Manager, for work for our clients within the travel industry.
Primary Duties:
● Stay abreast of travel trends and communicate them to operations and marketing teams
● Review traveler feedback and make recommendations on trip improvements
● Manage high-level customer service issues
● Train and support trip leaders
● Oversee accuracy of pre-departure material
● Manage customer satisfaction on trips
● Vet new itineraries and source new suppliers
● Act as liaison between operations and sales teams
● Fill in as trip leader as needed


Requirements
● Must have at least 2 years experience leading group travel trips
● At least 5 years experience in travel industry
● Start-up experience required
● Fluent in English and Spanish
● Degree in Psychology or Business
● Must have in-depth understanding of American traveler
● Must be well-traveled (to at least 30 countries and at least 5 continents)
● Very extraverted and enjoys speaking with anyone, especially strangers
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
