As a key member of the dedicated team, you'll be tasked with providing support to the other teams by managing Learning Management and Talent Management Systems, along with associated learning and translation technologies. Collaborating closely with our IT Tech team and P&O Systems, you'll ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy across all systems. You'll also have the opportunity to drive the consolidation and customization of various systems, while establishing efficient processes for content providers. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cross-business unit collaboration and make a meaningful impact within our clients organization.

Work tasks


* Assist content creators in managing content on the platform.
* Optimize current usage and facilitate the transition to a new system, providing improvement suggestions as needed.
* Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and document procedures.
* Collect, validate, and articulate functional requirements for learning & talent systems.
* Lead projects and handling large datasets.
* Configuration and migration tasks.
* Converting formats from one system to another.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree within IT
- Proficiency in Learning Technologies, with experience in LMS content creation.
- Experience working with any educational platform
- Ability to build reports and understand interconnections between content.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, enabling smooth interaction with individuals who are not technically inclined.
- Effective team player with strong self-management and stakeholder management skills; proficient in project management.
- Fluent in English

You should be someone who enjoys pets and feels comfortable around them, as there will be pets in the office.

It is meritorious if you have conducted training sessions yourself and have proficiency in other languages
