Are you our new ADAS Function Developer?
Arriver™ is a new software unit and brand, fully focused on developing perception, fusion and drive policy software for the next generation cars. It will deliver an open, scalable and flexible architecture solution running on Qualcomm® Snapdragon Ride™ System on a Chip (SoC) platform. Arriver™ has 800 people in five countries - China, Germany, Romania, Sweden, USA - and builds on more than a decade of experience in active safety software development.
In Sweden we are situated in Linkoping, Stockholm and Gothenburg with around 400 colleagues.
What you'll do:
We are looking for a Senior Feature Developer specialized in the area of Feature and SW development working in the Active Safety domain with features like Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist or Cruise. We are looking for a SW expert with deep ADAS and automotive expertise who is purpose-driven, curious team-player and that will strengthen our development organization for ongoing and upcoming global ADAS SW platforms.
As a Feature Developer you will be working in cross-functional teams and will be able to take on any task that appear in the backlog, whether it´s SW requirements, development/implementation, integration, analyses or test. The main part of the development is done in Matlab and C++, also using GIT/Gerrit. You will be working in close collaboration with your scrum team, the Product owner and also with other teams.
Your daily work in the platform development team will consist of e.g:
- Development, updates and maintenance of Feature SW
- Update SW interfaces, architecture and making code reviews
- SW unit test and SW integration
- Working with performance KPI´s and performing Data Analyses
- Defining SW requirements and maintaining traceability
- Technical risk analyses like FTA and FMEA
- Ensuring release documentation is up to date and accurate
- Participate in Global Community of Practice to share best practice and define way of working
- Participate in vehicle testing of the Feature
What you'll bring:
To succeed in this position, we think you have some of the skills below:
- a Master of Science in Computer or Electrical Engineer or equivalent area
- a minimum of 5 years' experience of automotive SW development of ADAS features such as AEB, LKA, Cruise etc.
- experience with GIT/Gerrit and requirement management tools like Systemweaver, codeBeamer or similar
- Clean code mentality
- Experience of requirement based development of safety critical SW (Automotive SPICE and ISO26262)
- Co-ordination & Communication skills with special focus on Communication with remote global teams.
