Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
D365 Customer Engagement is used globally with installations in +25 countries. After a recent move from on-prem to cloud, we will now increase the pace of new implementations of our Scania CRM (SCRM) solution. The plan is to implement about 26 more markets in the coming 15 months.
We are a global team with around 20 persons of different nationalities, we are working both from onsite and some offsite with full responsibility for our Scania CRM solution, so we are working within the whole life cycle with new developments, maintenance and support.
We are looking for a flexible and curious and experienced agile coach/scrum master. You will be welcomed into an exciting area of high strategic importance for Scania, and your work will make a real difference.
Responsibilities
You will coach and develop build high performing teams working with D365 Scania CRM to continue on the journey to becoming more self-organized, create a good working climate around motivated team members and psychological safety. Also creating a culture to share knowledge within the team, build team spirit and trust as well as finding the team's capacity and develop their skills. With help of the agile toolbox, you ensure that we are working with continuous improvements and continuous learning. You will also collaborate to a lot of stakeholders about development and thus grow business trust.
Qualifications
You have an agile mindset and you are a true team player with a positive attitude and a proven ability to lead others. You dare to question and have an exploratory mindset and you are constantly looking to increase your knowledge and abilities, as well as help the team increase theirs. In addition to that, we believe that you are transparent and clear in your communication and have a passion for delivering customer value.
To succeed in this role you have a solid background as agile coach or scrum master with D365 experience (qualifying with D365 CE/CRM), you are experienced in Kanban, Scrum, SAFe or other agile methods.
It is a merit, but not required if you have experience working with technical agility & fostering a DevOps culture such as with CI/CD pipeline, test automation.
We use JIRA as our case-handling system. The team is international and our corporate language is English.
