Experienced and driven HSE Supervisor for construction project

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to work in our customers industrial construction project in Husum. The project is estimated to go-on until the end of November 2021.

You will have the opportunity to work in an organized and structured team, with varying tasks. As a team you will lead and develop the overall work in health, work environment, and safety on the construction site.
The assignment takes place in an ongoing project at a pulp mill company.
The company will provide you with accommodation and transportation.
The company provides working clothes, safety equipment, additional safety training to enter the site,
Together with mobile phone and other technical equipment that might be needed.   
We offer a good monthly salary plus tax-free daily allowance all according to union agreements and regulations.

Main tasks and responsibilities: Maintain and implement the site HSE plan
Organize HSE training for personnel and subcontractors
Assist subcontractors’ HSE (risk assessments, qualifications, PPE etc.)
Make weekly HSE inspections at site, report monthly HSE statistics and Investigate and report HSE incidents at site
Make suggestions on how to improve HSE practices on site.
Report all incidents, near miss cases or HSE risks as instructed
Periodic checking of tools and equipment at site
Requirements: Experience about similar role in Sweden
Strong passion in HSE and Knowledge of Swedish Safety regulation.
Good MS Office skills particularly
Able to work independently and meticulous.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written), Swedish is a plus
