Our Exciting Opportunity
Antenna System & Technology at Ericsson Lindholmen is included in Ericsson’s global radio development organization. We’ve a focus on the advanced antenna system (AAS) for 5G and beyond. We’re engaged in antenna systematization for overall system performance, as well as development of products and solutions. We are working with antenna partners and vendors to drive and secure antenna technology and development.
We are now strengthening the antenna design team, by looking for an experienced antenna design engineer with great interest and experience in antenna design.
You will
Be a member of a design team that is developing the next generation of advanced antenna systems for 5G and 6G
Provide technical investigations, contribute to the evolution of our product portfolio, participate in pre-development projects as well as in technical studies and follow the developments in antenna systems
Work with strategic technical leadership
Share your experience and knowledge as technical leader
Work with continuous improvements of products and processes
If you bring extensive experience, there will be possibilities to have technical lead positions in a close future.
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of antenna system, antenna test and/or antenna products
Good experience of MATLAB's more advanced functionality
Good understanding of cellular radio networks
Good knowledge in Radio/RF/antenna technologies and products
Innovation mentality paired with the ability to adapt and respond to change
Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English
