Experienced BI Developer to major company based in Umeå

We are looking for a self-reliant BI Developer to one of major clients in Umeå, it’s a major company in Sweden and the possibilities for you here are great. You will be working in a team constellation. As a BI Developer you are responsible for supporting the client’s stakeholders with any questions they may have regarding data, so you will get tasks where you need to analyze the data in our risk mart and data warehouse.

OM TJÄNSTEN
The most urgent task is to create an ETL-flow before year end. We have a delivery from UC (approx. 15 files) that need to be loaded into a staging area (receiving jobs, loading jobs and reconciliation jobs). After that, the data need to be transformed and loaded it into the final target tables. All these loadings should be done either in mainframe (JCL) or PowerCenter.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a BI Developer you must be able to do other tasks than just developing. The team is responsible for supporting our client’s stakeholders with any questions they may have regarding data, so you will get tasks where you need to analyze the data in our risk mart and data warehouse. So, a good knowledge in SQL is required. It would also be good if you have credit risk knowledge. Other tasks that you will run into might be writing design documents, test cases, update system documentation etc.
