We are now recruiting for an Experienced Business Controller Sourcing & Supply Chain to the Group Business Control team. The role will be responsible for:
Finance business partner to Global Procurement function
Financial analysis of all Contract Manufacturing and financial support to Contract Manufacturing team.
Setting standard costs for HTC (Home Taking Cost = logistic costs from factories to warehouses), as well as understanding and analysing drivers of HTC.
SLOB (SLow moving or OBsolete stock) and scrapping process for the total business.
Planning and follow up of OPEX and project costs for certain functions within Operations HQ
Key Accountabilities:
Act as Business Partner towards the global procurement team providing support, consultancy, advise, co-leadership and governance to act as holistic value integrator to the business.
Together with the procurement team drive financial KPIs and measures, constantly looking for areas of improvement optimizing and profitability.
Analyse and understand the drivers behind operational and legal HTC. HTC calculation, allocation and maintenance in the system.
Provide input to master material group and other concerned parties on routines, methods and tools to maintain HTC master data in an efficient way. Communicate requirements for and changes to HTC master data to all relevant stakeholders.
Secure high quality of HTC origin groups master data and coordination of set-up of new origin groups (flows from factories to warehouses).
Accountable for maintaining standard product costs and costing process for all Contract Manufacturing.
Provide financial support to Contract Manufacturing team. Participate in business cases, recurring and ad hoc analysis.
Manage the SLOB and scrapping process for the total business. Coordinate forums, follow up, including SLOB allocations to markets.
Responsible for OPEX and Project costs follow for the Procurement department and potentially other departments within Operations HQ.
Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:
Education with a relevant finance degree
At least 5 years of work experience.
Experience from business control
Experience from procurement business control and/or contract manufacturing business control is advantageous
Strong analytical mind, skilled at analysing and presenting numerical data
Strong communication skills with an ability to build trust with senior leaders
Digital literacy – finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Engaged in driving automation and standardization using digital tools.
