Who we think you are

To be successful in this role you need to be good at understanding the intersection of business and people combined with project- and analytical skills. Probably you have been working with business development in combination with project management before and are used to interact with stakeholders on all levels, internally as well as externally.

What we seek

- M.Sc in Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance or Technology
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Managerial experience is a great advantage
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Proven track record of leading projects and handling multiple stakeholders
- Sales, legal and negotiation experience is seen as a great advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
- A will to cultivate a deep understanding of Irisity’s area of business and become a contributor to our overall business intelligence, strategy and goals


To summarize we are looking for an experienced business developer and project leader with analytical as well as people skills.

About this role

This role will initiate the formation of a PMO function for cross functional collaboration and support. The one taking up the challenge should like to listen, learn, and constantly seek the best way forward for the teams and tasks at hand. You will be operating together with other functions but are expected to have a holistic business perspective. The work will include support in process development, assisting managers and team with project skills, analysis, and project ownership.

Further you will need to see various angles of challenges, be flexible and innovative in your path forward to enable smooth progress in work both inhouse and towards external customers and partners. The tempo will be high, and you will often operate independently.

Excellent Swedish and English skills and experience in managing business projects is a requirement. The role reports to CEO.
